Each villa offers all of the conveniences of home – cable television, telephone, washer and dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, plus a fully-equipped kitchen perfect for dining in or entertaining.  All villa guests enjoy the amenities of the Grand Cayman Beach Suites (formerly the Hyatt Beach Suites) that are currently available, including access to the beach facilities, swimming pools, health club, beauty spa, restaurants, and golf course. Daily housekeeping is included (except Sundays & Cayman holidays).

Residents at Brittania Villas enjoy a world class golf course, as well as multiple restaurants, swimming pools, snorkeling and scuba diving. Red Sail Sports has a variety of sailing activities available. Take one of the luxury catamarans on a sail to Stingray City, a sunset cocktail cruise or romantic dinner cruise; or rent a Sun Fish sailboat available for novice sailors.

All the watersports toys and activities an “adult child” could wish for are at the Beach Club, including wave runners, water skis, wind surfers, parasailers, and more. Instruction is available with qualified Red Sail Sports staff. You can also rent a cabana, bask on a raft, or rent mask and fins for a snorkeling adventure. Deep sea, reef, and bottom fishing can also be arranged. The resort features two health clubs with state-of the-art equipment, one on the beach side and another on the Villas grounds.
