All four of the villas at South Hills come completely furnished, and the community is private and gated. In a typical villa, the entrance is graced with an orange and white picket fence. The Villa is decorated both outside and inside with earth tone and sunset colors. Inside, you’ll find  3 bedrooms; large master bedroom with a balcony to offset the fabulous view. The master bathroom is unsuited and is complimented by a large Jacuzzi; his and hers washbasin; and a shower. The two other bedrooms are smaller and share a common bathroom. Access to the villa is through the garage and the bedrooms are situated upstairs. Downstairs boasts a kitchen, living and dining room. The kitchen is attractively laid out – open plan cooker in the middle; all countertop are black and the cupboards are white. The dining table seats six people. The lower floor also boasts a patio to show off the panoramic views.

Location

South Hills is situated in the north of the island, in the exclusive Cap Estate, which overlooks the Atlantic Coast and the St Lucia Golf Course. Ten minutes of walking and you’re at the beach of Cotton Bay; five minutes drive and you’ll find yourself at the beach at Smugglers Cove. The nearest town to South Hills is Rodney Bay, which is a ten minute drive away. Rodney Bay boasts a good selection of bars and restaurants. South Hills is about one hour and forty-five minutes away from the Hewanorra International Airport; helicopter transfers are available to the north.
