All homes are fully air-conditioned throughout, feature WiFi access, and are wired for both 110/220 volts. Bi-fold doors in the living rooms create an inside/outside living experience. All homes have solar panel water heating, underground water reserve tanks and rain water tanks for irrigation. There is have a stand-by generator to support essential services to all homes.

The fully fitted kitchens have been supplied by Italian designers Aster. The kitchens feature Granite work surfaces, a 1.5 bowl sink, halogen hobs, electric oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. The laundry rooms are fitted with a washing machine and separate dryer. Each bathroom has the luxurious finish of Italian marble with chromed brass fittings. Master bathrooms feature double vanity sinks, walk-in shower and a separate bath. Recessed halogen lighting on dimmer switches set the mood. The staircase in the townhouses are of bamboo and the hand rails are custom made from English Oak.

The par-71 plays to 6,836 yards and overlooks the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean.
