Dellis Cay – Turks and Caicos Villas

Dellis Cay is a luxury resort and villa property located in Turks and Caicos. Dellis Cay is a 560 acre Private Island located a short boat ride to Providenciales and beside Parrot Cay. Developed by a doctor with a dream, Dellis Cay is an intimate, luxurious hideaway. With the talent of six internationally renowned architects and the award-winning hospitality services from the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Dellis Cay has created the rarest of living experiences in a collection of private villas and residences. The vision of Dr. Cem Kinay, Dellis Cay is luxury, re-envisioned.

Features and Amenities

Residents at Dellis Cay can choose between Beach House residences and private villas. At the Beach House residences, a unit-mix of nine buildings created by architect Lissoni to provide a wide variety of living possibilities, you’ll find many a layout and varying furniture package options, from two-bedroom residences with expansive terraces and balconies to three-bedroom duplex penthouses that clock in at just over 2,000 square feet. Each residence offers unobstructed ocean views and is fully serviced by the Mandarin Oriental. All units have been designed to a tee by Piero Lissoni, with kitchens and bathrooms featuring state of the art Boffi collections customized just for Dellis Cay.

If the Beach Houses aren’t for you, there are also villas by Piero Lissoni, villas by Shigeru Ban, and villas by Carl Ettensperger. Of course, there’s also a collection of villas designed by all the architects. It seems the dreams of the doctor have no bounds. Each of the six architects in the project have contributed to its development with their set of villas; together, they’ve contributed to a development at the western edge of the island, where all the villas overlook the sea.

Residents enjoy secluded beaches and gardens, a gazebo and pavilion, a swimming pool, promenade, nature reserve, bird sanctuary, a helipad, medical clinic, gourmet shop, gift boutique and more. If water activities are your thing, there’s certified scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, bone fishing, deep sea fishing, windsurfing and more. There are also tennis courts, a jogging course, beach volleyball courts, half court basketball and biking and hiking galore to be had. As stated above, residents also enjoy all that the Mandarin Oriental has to offer. This includes valet guest service, a concierge, 24 hour security, a business center, multi-media room, reading room, laundry and dry cleaning services, a cigar lounge, pool lounge and multiple bars and restaurants. The Mandarin Oriental Spa is a sight to behold, with salon facilities, separate men’s and women’s locker areas, 17 treatment rooms, saunas and vitality pools, a hammam, steam baths and experience showers, a boutique, tea lounge and more. There’s also a fully equipped fitness center with a yoga and pilates studio and a Tai Chi/Chigong room.
