Residents at Dellis Cay can choose between Beach House residences and private villas. At the Beach House residences, a unit-mix of nine buildings created by architect Lissoni to provide a wide variety of living possibilities, you’ll find many a layout and varying furniture package options, from two-bedroom residences with expansive terraces and balconies to three-bedroom duplex penthouses that clock in at just over 2,000 square feet. Each residence offers unobstructed ocean views and is fully serviced by the Mandarin Oriental. All units have been designed to a tee by Piero Lissoni, with kitchens and bathrooms featuring state of the art Boffi collections customized just for Dellis Cay.

If the Beach Houses aren’t for you, there are also villas by Piero Lissoni, villas by Shigeru Ban, and villas by Carl Ettensperger. Of course, there’s also a collection of villas designed by all the architects. It seems the dreams of the doctor have no bounds. Each of the six architects in the project have contributed to its development with their set of villas; together, they’ve contributed to a development at the western edge of the island, where all the villas overlook the sea.
