Having gently evolved from a 16-room guesthouse in the early 1960’s to a luxury resort that offers over 100 rooms and suites, Blue Waters is a brilliant blend of old and new as classic Caribbean style meets contemporary amenities. From hillside rooms set amongst quiet gardens to beachfront accommodations renowned for their spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea, our luxuriously appointed rooms and suites cater to the sophisticated needs of today’s traveler without compromising the enchanted appeal of the Caribbean.

The villas at Blue Waters will range in size from 2295 to 1545 square feet and will be comprised of a spacious living area, dining room, an en-suite bathroom for every bedroom and kitchen. Residents will also enjoy a plunge pool on the terrace and generous ocean views from every bedroom and living area. Interior design and furnishings will mirror the casually elegant Caribbean style of the The Cove suites and Blue Waters Hotel. Owners will have full access to all Blue Waters facilities, which includes two restaurants, three swimming pools and a jacuzzi, three bars, a gym, tennis courts, a beauty salon and spa, water sports and much more.

The Caribbean has long been a draw to travellers from around the world who seek seclusion, sun, sand, and relaxation. Away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities, the cold winters, and the fast pace of Western life as we know it today, those who want to get away from it all head to the Caribbean.

Antigua is the ultimate Caribbean paradise having been discovered by Christopher Columbus in 1493 and once a British Colony. Nestled into a secluded cove in St. John’s Antigua, Blue Waters is an intimate British-Colonial style boutique resort with 17 acres of lush tropical gardens designed as the perfect island retreat.
