Blue Waters is a luxury condominium and resort property located on the island of Antigua. Nestled on the Northeast corner of Antigua, where crystal clear Caribbean waters lap gently onto secluded white sand beaches, Blue Waters comprises everything an island paradise should be. The villas at Blue Waters will range in size from 2295 to 1545 square feet and will be comprised of a spacious living area, dining room, an en-suite bathroom for every bedroom and kitchen. Residents will also enjoy a plunge pool on the terrace and generous ocean views from every bedroom and living area. Interior design and furnishings will mirror the casually elegant Caribbean style of the The Cove suites and Blue Waters Hotel. Owners will have full access to all Blue Waters facilities, which includes two restaurants, three swimming pools and a jacuzzi, three bars, a gym, tennis courts, a beauty salon and spa, water sports and much more.
