The luxurious studio suites are located in the second building of Princess Heights and are perfect for accommodating singles, couples and business travelers. The spacious and custom decorated one bedrooms are perfect for accommodating families as well as couples as they boast a living area with a couch which can be transformed into a sleeper’s sofa. Next to this the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your own breakfast, lunch or dinner. Each unit is individually decorated and variations may occur. In Building 1 the balcony size may be different per suite. The maximum occupation is 4 persons. Amenities at Princess Heights include a swimming pool, fitness center and of course, the beachfront location.

Location

Oyster Pond or Oyster Bay is a great location on the Atlantic side of St. Maarten and St. Martin. Captain Oliver´s by the waterfront of Oyster Pond Marina is the main place to go. Head for a casual lunch, the lobster buffet on some weekend nights, or a Sunday Brunch! Or take a 5 minutes ride (by car or on the water taxi) to get to next door Dawn Beach and relax on a casual beach! The marina is also the starting point for a ferry to St. Barth. Oyster Bay or Oyster Pond is facing the Atlantic, it can be windy and a bit more rough at times, although the reef protects the area very well. It’s a sailor’s paradise and starting point for Caribbean sailing tours.
