Island Club Grace Bay is a luxury condominium property in Turks & Caicos. The property comprises a total of 24 newly completed townhouses. Buildings 1 through 4 contain four interior and two exterior (end) units. The buildings are positioned to form the four sided courtyard, where an 18′ X 30′ freshwater pool awaits.
