Nirvana Beach – Bahamas Villas

Nirvana Beach villa is an outstanding private estate on the west side of the Island of New Providence, Nassau Bahamas. The estate consists of a Main House and Cottage in a renowned garden that overlooks the entire bay from an elevated position, and has access to a private beach. This lovely property will accommodate a maximum of fourteen people. Three acres of luscious tropical garden with a multitude of Palm trees surround this fabulous property. The estate has appeared in world-renowned publications, such as Vanity Fair. The villa boasts stunning terraces, many with spectacular views onto the sea and beach, and some are carved directly into natural rock. Enter the main terrace within the inner courtyard with the sweet smell of jasmine and tropical flowers. The large, antique wooden front door leads into a floral-covered courtyard, which can serve as a wonderful outside dining area.

Features and Amenities

The house was furnished and decorated by an international designer and presents amazing quality of design and furnishings. All beds are fitted with the finest linen from London and every bedroom has internet access and air conditioning. Leading off from the television room are two separate bedrooms (queen size beds) with private bathrooms. Each of the bathrooms are equipped with a shower/bathtub. One of these luxury Bahamian villa’s bedrooms has a separate entrance from the court-yard. To the right of the court-yard is another fantastic bedroom (queen size bed). This wonderful estate hosts a small reception area with a shower/bath. The spacious, king-sized master bedroom is located on the second floor. It includes central air conditioning and a private terrace running the length of the floor that offers a panoramic view of the beach and sea. The master bathroom has a separate shower and bath. To the right of the house is a two bedroom and two bathroom cottage with breathtaking ocean views.

There are decks carved into the natural rock overlooking the sea on different levels that have different purposes: cocktails and lounging, barbeque and private sunbathing. The spacious dining room is drenched in natural light from the bay window with a phenomenal view of the garden and the sea. The finest silver cutlery and porcelain dishware ensures your meal is a sublime one. The reception room state of the art sound system with the choice of also music in the inner courtyard, swimming pool, inner terrace and dining room. The television room is fully equipped. Guests who are seeking to rent Bahamian villas will be pleased with the professional staff that Nirvana Beach villa presents. This tropical haven offers two maids, a chef with assistant, a butler, two gardeners, and a laundry woman twice a week. In the event of more than eight guests, extra staff is hired.

Location

This sub-tropical climate provides for warm, breezy days all year long. The temperatures range from about 72*F in our winter months to an enticing 89*F in the midst of summer. The water is a comfortable oasis throughout the year as well with temperatures ranging from around 65*F during the cooler months all the way up to a spa like 78*F when the weather is warmer. There are no drastic seasonal changes during the year. The legal tender is the Bahamian dollar, which is equivalent in value to the U.S. dollar. U.S. currency is accepted throughout Nassau Paradise Island as are most major credit cards and traveler’s checks.
