It is about 15 minutes to Philipsburg and Marigot, the capitals of St. Maarten and St. Martin. A quiet inn can be found nearby and offers breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner with a laid back feel. This pure sand beach is pristine; there is no “ledge” as you enter the sea.
