Sundance Ridge – St Kitts Condos

Sundance Ridge is a condominium and residential development project located in St Lucia. This project is currently under construction. A mix of volcanic peaks that reach 4,000 feet into the air high above turquoise-colored seas, this is an unspoiled paradise. An undiscovered gem with dramatic beaches, inviting waters and tropical landscape describes St. Kitts Caribbean luxury, seclusion and exclusivity. Sundance Ridge rises 500 feet between the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea. Each of 15 villas in the development will enjoy expansive views of the sea, the neighboring island of Nevis and the hills of St. Kitts. Peninsula Associates LLC is the exclusive builder on Sundance Ridge.

Features and Amenities

Each home-site on Sundance Ridge is at least one-half acre in size. Villas will have a minimum of 5300 square feet of living space including covered verandas. Exterior color schemes will vary slightly but will all blend in the same “color-family”. Each villa will include a private pool and ample exterior verandas. Residents will have the choice of pre-planned homes or built to suit homes. Residences currently under construction at Sundance Ridge will boast appliances and cabinetry crafted from highest quality products, as well as beautiful Colonial-style architecture. Exterior verandas will characterize the structures, as will the intoxicating natural beauty of St Kitts. Residents will enjoy a deepwater marina, private pools, quaint shopping areas, a championship golf course designed by Rees Jones, restaurants, a secured entrance, and white sand beaches.

Location

St. Kitts is located in the mid-Leeward Islands 50 miles S.S.E. of St. Martin and 200 miles S.E. of Puerto Rico. The 41,000 inhabitants on the 68 square mile island enjoy an average yearly temperature of 83 with a constant easterly breeze. After years of French then English rule, St.Kitts, with her smaller sister island of Nevis, became a British Territory in 1783.
Independent since 1983 in conjunction with Nevis, the Federation is a member of the British Commonwealth and the United Nations. The new nation is a stable Parliamentary Democracy and its government has shown considerable wisdom in policy and cooperation with foreign sources of capital investment and development.
