Frangipani Point – Antigua Villas

Frangipani Point is a luxury villa located in Jumby Bay, Antigua. A winding driveway, flanked by tall palms, lush bushes and flowering plants leads to this oceanfront estate home located on the exclusive island enclave of Jumby Bay. Two wings, housing the bedrooms, kitchen and family room surround the front pavilion of Frangipani. This large living and dining pavilion has a vaulted ceiling and is nicely furnished, with lots of seating for chatting or enjoying a meal.  The pavilion looks out over the pool and lawns to the panoramic ocean views that lie beyond.

Features and Amenities

On the ground floor are three bedrooms, one with a king size bed and two with double beds. They all have en-suite bathrooms and open onto terraces – one has a private terrace with ocean view. There is also a study, two half baths and a professional, fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a breakfast terrace. The dining table seats twelve and there is a bbq porch with a large gas grill for outdoor cooking.

There is a partial second floor on each wing of the house. In one wing is a family room with cable TV, bathroom and a built-in day bed.  In the other is the master bedroom with king size bed, en suite bathroom and dressing room. This suite has a private balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. Walk across the lawn and down the stone steps to enjoy the villa’s private white sand beach. Take in the sun and the cool trade winds on the swim dock, or take a plunge in the step-down, freshwater pool, which is surrounded by comfortable lounges and a trellised seating area.  Guests at Frangipani enjoy wireless internet and full access to all the Jumby bay pools, Restaurants, Spa and bar. The home also comes with a golf cart and a covered parking area.
