Seven Stars Grand Penthouse at Turks & Caicos

Sometimes people can’t get enough of the good things in life, which is why those with the resources often choose to spend their money on buying some of the most extravagantly designed properties located in popular Caribbean resorts.

The Turks Caicos islands in particular has a wide range of condos, villas, apartments, and other types of residential units for sale. For an individual looking for a place that can spaciously fit a small-sized family, the Seven Stars Grand Penthouse can easily cater to that need, and provide a whole lot more than what the lucky buyer bargained for.

First off, this lavish dwelling is nestled on top of the Alhena Building at the Seven Stars Resort – one of Grace Bay’s best resorts to date. This condominium is also a short walk from the shoreline of the white sand beach, so taking dips in the clear, turquoise-blue ocean water is a convenient option for cooling down during a hot day.

Additionally, this abode is within close proximity to a wide variety of commercial establishments selling goods and services residents will need on a daily basis. Moreover, there’s a bunch of businesses that operate within the entertainment industry as well, so the need to go out to bars, clubs or other night spots can be satisfied as well.

Aside from boasting one of the best locations in the Turks Caicos islands, this luxury condo is considered by many to have the best architectural design (inside and out) in comparison to most condos located in premium Caribbean resorts.

The interior layout of the living and dining areas is quite a sight to behold – designer dining tables plus chairs located in one segment, while large, gorgeous sofas plus wooden tables in the other. Both areas lead out to the stunning terrace behind sliding glass doors, which can be opened to allow the air from the ocean freshen up the place.

The terrace itself offers a surreal view of the captivating sea outside. This part of the condo is great for those looking to enjoy meals while taking in the refreshing sea breeze and relishing in the beautiful scenery of the Turks Caicos islands.

As for the two rooms and bathrooms, they’re fitted with comfy, luxuriously designed furniture plus numerous fixtures as well. Moreover, they’re strategically situated near the terrace, so marveling over the ocean view from the comforts of the quarters can be done as well.

Like other residential properties located at premier Caribbean resorts, the Seven Stars Grand Penthouse includes an underground car park and storage area. Other amenities nearby includes the gym, spa, tennis court and a wide range of restaurants.

Auction on Albert Burney’s Caribbean Haven

Turks and Caicos Islands are one of the most sought after tropical islands near the Bahamas. These islands are best known to be a great place for business and pleasure, which is why Albert Burney Inc. has offered to host an auction here on July 28 in North Caicos.

Seaside Resort at Caicos Island

Several Turks and Caicos resorts will be up for grabs to the highest bidder. These include two world-class waterfront developments located on North Caicos Island, the Seaside and the North Caicos Yacht Club. These resorts will be home to five canal lots and beachfronts, and two villas, which are expected to be sold regardless of the price, named by the buyers.

This paradise island is well groomed with a row of beautiful palm trees that are lined on the sandy path, which leads to the oceanfront. This delightful village is set along the seaside of Turks and Caicos Islands, which is surprisingly full of amenities and useful facilities.

Turks and Caicos resorts have captivating cottages that are 1,000 square foot in size and have a wide-open air space perfect to bathe under sun to get a nice tan. All cottages are sold fully furnished, so there’s no need to worry about interior decorating. The villas also share a community pool located just a few steps away from the shores of the beach. Owning a private villa here makes a perfect weekend getaway an understatement.

Villa at the North Caicos Yacht Club

Located just across the North Caicos Yacht Club is the newly inaugurated Marina. Residents anticipated its completion because it is situated closely to the prominent Parrot Cay that offers the best canal lots in the Turks and Caicos Islands

Imagine living just a few feet away from the captivating sound of the beach. An inspiring view of the ocean is offered along with the sale of four waterfront lots. These will all be included in the upcoming auction.

Owning one of the few villas in Turks and Caicos resorts is must. According to the President of Albert Burney Inc., Warren Ward, “To get in on the early stages of a major development and also have the chance to purchase waterfront properties in North Caicos at absolute auction, regardless of price is an incredible opportunity.”

The islands may be considered a serene haven for a quiet living or vacation. Daily boat charterers and ferry services are available to all residents and tourists. It is no secret that this island is home to several prominent people, celebrities and business tycoons.

Amanyara Resort – Turks and Caicos Islands

Along the Northwest Point on Provindenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands  resides the Amanyara Resort – a popular yet private getaway spot that shines above the majority of Caribbean vacation villas with its extravagant design, serene environment, and hospitable plus professional staff.

Its name Amanyara is derived from the following two terms, namely: “Aman”, which is Sanskrit for “peace”, and “yara”, an Arawak Amerindians term for “place”. Considering its location, which is far from the developed areas at the eastern parts of the island, it’s not difficult to imagine how peaceful and private the place truly is.

Upon arrival, guests will make their way into the resort through a large and beautifully designed reception pavilion, which features a grand formal pool surrounded by trees. On one side of the pool is the restaurant and bar, while on the other side is the library and boutique.

The pleasant experience of having a few drinks and eating scrumptious food at the bar and restaurant is further enhanced with an open view of the vast, seemingly endless, body of ocean water. Moreover, sunlight light reflecting upon the adjacent pool coupled with the sounds from the sea further enhances the serenity of the surrounding environment.

Unlike other business establishments and Caribbean vacation villas within the Turks and Caicos Islands, the Amanyara Resort features two types of pavilions – in total, there are forty of these charming little buildings. First and foremost, we have the ocean pavilions, which are elevated at around seventeen feet above the waterline. Additionally, it features a rock pathway leading out the seafront, allowing guests to swim whenever desired.

The other type is the pond pavilion – as its name indicates, it’s located on the edge of the ponds within the resort. Each structure features a timber sundeck that extends over the pond, allowing visitors to catch better glimpses of the water below.

A notable fact about this resort is the ongoing construction of villas. Every bedroom pavilion bears strong resemblance to the other pavilions within Amanyara, but also has a few distinguishing features which sets it apart from its counterparts and even other Caribbean vacation villas on the Turks and Caicos Islands.

First off, the bedroom pavilions have slightly larger bathrooms plus dressing areas. In addition to this, there’s a fully-equipped kitchen as well, and even the inclusion of private staff ready to do their jobs and obey commands given by the guests.

Lastly, there are a variety of watersports vacationists may participate in, tennis courts for friendly competition amongst vacationers, and a variety of other amenities to keep everyone entertained.

Location

Situated in the Caribbean (in the British West Indies) 575 miles southeast of Miami, the Turks & Caicos Islands are comprised of eight major islands and 30 other islands and cays, bathed by waters from the North Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea. One of the most valuable possessions of the islands, and a necessity of a wonderful Caribbean oceanfront vacation, are the pristine white sandy beaches, which in total cover 230 miles and are complemented with clear turquoise waters. The region is highly regarded for its crystal clear coral reefs and legacy of salt. In fact, Turks & Caicos has the third-largest coral reef system in the world. These reefs prevent the deep cold ocean water from entering the bay, so the temperature never gets too cold. Healthy reefs translate into lots of fish, and the clear waters make them easy to see, thus, snorkelers and divers love Turks & Caicos.

Renowned as one of the greatest scuba sites in the world for its abundance of coral reefs and marine life, the ocean waters directly in front of Windsong offer divers — from novice to experts — exciting excursions just minutes from the site. Exceptional fishing abounds in the local waters. In fact, fly or spin cast fisherman can wade the miles of flats surrounding Providenciales in search of the elusive bonefish, or hire island guides to seek out their favorite hiding spots. Blue and black marlin prowl the Atlantic beyond the “Provo Wall,” just a mile offshore — and they are not alone! Wahoo, the world’s fastest fish hit trolled bait and rigs on the surface. Schools of mahi mahi roam the weed lines awaiting your light tackle jig while grouper and snapper of all varieties cruise the deep ledges. Your Caribbean vacation is not complete without a whale watching excursion just ten miles away in the Caicos Passage, and further out in the Columbus Passage. The opportunities are almost limitless on Providenciales including para-sailing, sailboat trips, ocean kayaking and relaxing day cruises to secluded islands.

When not enjoying the bounties of the sea, golf enthusiasts can enjoy world-class golf at the nearby Provo Golf Club — ranked among the 10 best courses in the Caribbean. Casino gambling, shopping at the many quaint boutiques, and dining — from casual fare to gourmet cuisine at some of the best restaurants, add variety to your island experience. Day cruises to secluded islands and guided boat tours are also available.
